Dean Becker

Dean Becker is so often on the campus of Las Vegas Academy that he is thought of as a staff member, not a parent. Dean is first in line when volunteers are needed for any task, and has been actively involved in every aspect of the music department for at least the past five years. Dean is always working, smiling, cooperative, and willing to help. He currently serves as president of the APM (parent booster club for band students – Associated Parents for Music) and does it admirably.

He has done double duty for every band director throughout his son, Daniel’s, four years here and is now doing the same for his son David. His actions are clearly beyond the call of duty.
